Concrete Jungle is a caffeinated twist on the classic Manhattan, using Maraba, Rye Whiskey and Sweet Vermouth.
Ingredients
45ml Straight Rye Whisky
15ml Discarded Cascara Vermouth (or other Sweet Vermouth)
1 Dash Angostura bitters
1 Dash Chocolate bitters
1 Dash Nut bitters
Method
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass or shaker, followed by ice. Stir well, then strain into a nick & nora, or martini glass
